Nimonic is a registered trademark of Special Metals Corporation that refers to a family of nickel-based high-temperature low creep superalloys. Nimonic alloys typically consist of more than 50% nickel and 20% chromium with additives such as titanium and aluminium.
The main use is in gas turbine components and extremely high performance reciprocating internal combustion engines.
We are one of the most well known producer, exporter, stockist, investor and supplier of a subjective scope of Nimonic 90 Roundbars which is a great compound joined with high push burst quality and jerk safe at temperatures to 920°C.
Nimonic Alloy 90 Roundbars is utilized for assembling turbine sharp edges, heat safe types of gear, fumesframework, nuts, screws, rings, plate, squares and high temperature springs. The most reinforcing component incorporates titanium and aluminum.

Machinability & Formability.
Nitronic 90 can be machined after full heat-treatment using conventional machining methods with commercial coolants. Higher speed machining operations (turning, milling, grinding) should be performed using water-based coolants. When boring, drilling or tapping, a heavy lubricant is required. The alloy can be formed using basic conventional techniques.
Welding
Nimonic 90™ is welded using shielded metal-arc welding, gas-tungsten arc welding, gas metal-arc welding, and submerged-arc welding methods.
